Secretaries end up bound and gagged

I love secretary bondage - the clothes and heels are a major turn-on for me, and then they end up tightly bound and gagged with no chance of escape! The first cap is older, but I am trying a new text style with outlining. Let me know if this is more readable or not in the comments, or by emailing me at timidtinacd@gmail.com!

    The Bill to Barbie cap works best with the outlining but there's a special mention for the Gina cap too. My favourites of the bunch happen to be those two as well, dunno why, but the outlining is helpful.

    In the picture with the TINA caption, she doesn't seem too concerned. Almost as if her plan had worked perfectly!
